Youth player development hasn't really been a focus, nor a strength of the Revs. However, things are changing for the better, and there is a lot of investment happening in that space. This episode will kick-off a new monthly series in which we will dive into youth player development for the Revs, specifically looking at the academy, Revs II, homegrown signings, MLS Next & NextPro. Each month we will dive in and look at the state of development on the Revs, how the teams are doing and exciting things to dig into.
