The Extended Look's item wheel carries masks, headwear, eyewear and outfits as separate slots. Putting a face wrap on before a robbery stops some of the wanted-level icons appearing at all.

The couple is a system rather than a cutscene — time spent together strengthens it, ignored messages weaken it, and where it ends up changes how the story finishes.

Car theft is its own system now, tiered by how well the car is protected. An old sedan takes a slim jim; a new one needs its key cloned.

The Ultimate Edition includes a dedicated garage and a customs shop, and the street race in the Extended Look is full of vinyl wraps and underglow. Both point at it existing. Neither shows a player customising anything, and the depth is still undescribed.
Carrying a realistic number of guns rather than an armoury in your back pocket.
Reported from Red Dead 2's approach and from what is visible on characters in the footage. The Extended Look's revamped wheel is an item wheel — masks, headwear, eyewear, outfits and two consumable slots — so it shows how equipment is organised, not a cap on guns.
The romance is optional. You can play them as partners in crime and nothing more.
