The 100% checklist, restructured — do these in order and nothing locks out

Most completion lists are just the in-game checklist retyped. This one is ordered so that if you follow it top to bottom you never have to go back to an old save.

Four things genuinely lock out. Everything else people are panicking about is recoverable, and I have tested each of those claims rather than repeating them.

The order matters most in the middle third, where a couple of side activities become unavailable once you push the story past a certain point. Those are flagged in bold with the exact trigger.
