EU crew recruiting — weeknights, mics on, no gatekeeping

Twelve regulars, most nights around 8pm CET, usually two to three hours. We run whatever people want that evening — no mandatory schedule, no attendance tracking, no application form.

We do take genuinely new players. If you have never run a heist we will walk you through it rather than kicking you for dying on the approach. That is the whole point.

Mics on is the only real requirement. You do not have to talk much but you need to be able to hear a callout.

This is the fourth recruiting post I've read tonight and the only one that didn't have a skill requirement in the first line. Sending you a message.
