Session etiquette — the unwritten rules, written down

Most of this is obvious and everyone follows it without discussing it. A few are not obvious at all until someone is annoyed at you.

The one people get wrong most often is calling your exit early. Announcing you are leaving in ten minutes is worth more to a crew than staying an extra hour.
